I wish people had 1/100th of the passion about adoption as abortion

People do. There are always plenty of people on adoption waiting lists. Every aborted baby would have been adopted.

Our accounting department has two ladies. One of them has a daughter who is unable to conceive. She has adopted 3 kids, all black.

AS far as mainstream politics go, all roads lead to narcissism in the form of virtue signaling. Pick any issue. Listen to one side of the binary main stream. Any given person on either main stream side will exalt his own character and shite on the character of the person who disagrees with him.

Abortion is murder.
If you don’t support common sense gun control, you don’t care about children.
If you don’t want to build the wall, you hate America.
If you do want to build the wall, you’re racist.

Just a few examples. No reason to listen to anyone talking like this, ever. It’s fake. Nothing but people trying to make themselves feel good about themselves.

I don't know or care about most of the adults who get murdered every day, but it's still murder. It's basic decency to think that it's wrong.

I talked about it in another thread but adoption ain’t cheap.

In Texas you’re out over $20k before you can ever adopt a kid. And even then it could not work out.

I understand the need to regulate but making adoption take years and cost 10s of thousands of dollars is an unnecessary barrier to entry.

Fostering is cheaper but heartbreaking as there is never any guarantee that you’ll get to adopt a kid you get placed in. CPS is going to actively work to get them back with family members.

But yes, I wish people were as passionate about that as adoption in general. We give to a foster care support organization as we’re passionate about it.

Tell me. What facts do you have to show that people aren't even nearly as passionate about adoption as they are about preventing babies from being murdered? Anything? No, I didn't think so, either.

I just wish we could come to a place in the 21st Century where normal, reasonable people can think for themselves instead of mindlessly regurgitating some nonsensical horse crap from the subhuman savages in the child-murder lobby.

There are, right now, more people on waiting lists to adopt a child in the United States than there are children who will be murdered by their subhuman savage mother. that's just the ones waiting. There are millions and millions more who would be just as willing to take on another child- especially the child of someone they know- rather than have it butchered and mutilated because someone didn't think it was convenient.

I know I'm dreaming here, but I wish people who claim to be mature enough to make the decision to create a baby when a gazillion options abound for not creating one would not refuse to take responsibility for their decisions and actions and do what's right instead of murdering the baby they CHOSE to create. But, alas, the left in our country has taught us that there need be no responsibility for our actions and everything that happens to us is always the fault of someone else.

Suffice it to say, get out of here with that abortion lobby talking point trash.

Then shouldn't the priority be reforming the adoption system first? How many of these recent laws actually reform adoption care?

Lots of pro life people do. I have witnessed pro life sidewalk counselors offer to adopt babies on the spot as a woman walks in to kill that same baby.
