PRECISELY.

Leftists suffer from mass psychosis to pretend to profess, much less believe, anything else.

The part that gets me, is all the new DeSantis people who genuinely believe that they’ll back off if he’s the nominee.

If DeSantis isn’t getting completely throttled by the swamp the way Trump is, you will know he’s not a threat to them.

It’s pretty obvious. He actually worked and created policy to help Americans, not create globalist policy that hurts everyone in this country

This is what the debate should be centered on. Not the senior class President campaign bullshite of how fast a tweet was posted.

Part of the grownup debate is a realistic review of what Trump accomplished and didn’t accomplish in the headwinds he encountered. This is where I have difficulty getting fully onboard with Trump II. While Trump did some very good things as president, and there’s no doubt he operated from inside snake pit full of deep state assholes, reality is he shite the bed in many ways … bigly. I have difficulty getting to “he’s going to fix ________” when in his first four years, he more likely exacerbated the problem than took steps to fix.

To be fair, the same questions need to be asked about DeSantis, but the reality is he doesn’t carry as big a bag of (historical) shite as Trump.

Donald Trump is a hero, and maybe he brought you into this conservative/nationalist political movement, but "only" is such on oversell. It depresses me that Barry Goldwater, Pat Buchanan, Ross Perot, William F. Buckley, etc. shouted themselves hoarse for conservatism long before Trump did and millions of Americans yawned, watched football, yelled "nerd!" etc.

Good for Trump for getting these people off their asses, but if they really haven't educated themselves beyond "muh Trump," at this late date, then these are people are too stupid to vote effectively. We need a more intelligent electorate than that.

Biden has changed shite for the worse in less than two years.

He went from a beloved figure for decades to a racist nazi fascist dictator simply because he ran as a Republican. He has been attacked by the media, entertainment industry, and even our intelligence agencies trying to find anything they can to bury him. That takes a lot of guts and love for your country to be able to take that. You can go frick yourself, btw. The man has earned our respect.

If you don’t remember Trump changing the economy from “those jobs aren’t coming back” to “it’s so incredible and hurting China so much we need to release a pandemic” then I can’t help you.

How many DeSantis people believe that? Zero. He will be attacked and harshly. Being attacked by the MSM is part of the game.

After watching DeSantis during many COVID press conferences, he will handle the press better then Trump. No doubt about that. He convincingly explains his positions which is what we need.

And if you don't remember all those gains being flushed down the toilet as he presided over the shutting down of a remarkable economy over a virus that was not a threat to the VAST majority of the productive folks locked out, then I can't help you.

Trump was pretty good the first 3 years of his term, though with a little backbone he could have been even better. But in his last year he set this country back, what, 5 years minimum?

He may have had a full Chinese/Obama assault approaching and then implemented against him during 2020

It would explain he extreme caution during that time
