I usually watch CNN to laugh, but they just ran a segment where they were bashing China's wet markets pretty hard. Saying how disgusting and unsanitary they were, how they eat dogs and cats, etc. You can find Youtube videos of dogs in tiny cages being slaughtered and sold.

The Chinese are pretty barbaric in general. I don't care how hungry I am, I am not eating Fido or a fricking rat.

I used to have an office in Beijing. Had a really good noodle shop across the street. One of the meat choices was donkey. First time I was there, I texted the wife back in Singapore and asked if it was OK for me to have a piece of arse at lunch.

It’s interesting how different Japanese, Koreans, and Chinese are.

I think they are probably bacteria factories and surely they spread viruses too. But we know that facility in Wuhan was working with Corona viruses. The wet markets probably helped spread it, but it is seems likely to me this one came from that lab just a few miles from a bunch of those wet markets. The real question I think is if it was released or escaped. CCP is guilty of either an act of war or at the least gross incompetence and negligence. Either way China is the asshoe here and there should be hell to pay for it.

Yes you would, if you had to.

True. Most of us have never known true hunger. Most people under communist rule have.

CNN is trash. If they are attacking the markets now, it makes me reconsider the idea that it came from a lab and they are covering for China.

I mean I know people get desperate when hungry (cannibalism and what not), but I don't think these people are starving. They have plenty of other options. Chickens seem to be at the markets too. No, these frickers just prefer dog.

Google “ Lychee and Dog Meat Festival”. Tells you all you need to know about the Chinese.

Anyone that thinks this magically originated from our Chinese friends chowing down on bat and that not that lab and other enemies of the US, both at home and abroad, are hopelessly naive or single digit IQ. Or both.

When I was in Nam 68-69, I saw some very troubling and disgusting items the Vietnamese ate in their diet. I still have the image of an elderly momasan eating a live 6" milipede in front of me while I was standing guard for my platoon. Damn near got sick but made me appreciate my rations even more.

I guess it's an Asian thing?

The problem here is CNN is sticking up for the animals, cause they are all in on the liberal talking points.... When they criticize America for killing their own babies, I’ll tune in to listen, cause it’s so easy to say stop eating someone’s pets, jeez.....
