It’s not color bro. It’s culcha. That shot starts at the home. Teachers used to be neutral but they’re making shite worse. Entitlement, everything racists, and frick da police contribute to the downfall of almost any urban city. I’m not sure what the answer is but hug-a-thug and muh non-violents need to get out of prison is absolutely the wrong way to go about solving the issues. More jail... not less no matter what SJW white papers say.
At the end of the day, murders, violence and yes theft should be handled with malice by the judicial system. None of those frickers are “less innocent” than the next.

It's been on a downward trajectory since 1975, heck Shrevetown has deteriorated badly in just the last 5 years!
When I was in school as a young one back in the 60s, Shreveport had a reputation for entrenched racist attitudes. No doubt the population of color there, now a large majority, has a full victim mindset.

When I was there last week, I noticed that Shreveport had a new mayor. Last name of Perkins, I believe. They were going to have a report about his first 100 days in office, but I didn't stay up to see it.
PS - Which reminds me. My Dad only really watches 2 things on television. The news, and also the game show Jeopardy. They had a guy from Las Vegas who was tearing it up last week. He had already won over $400 thousand dollars. I'll have to call my Dad tomorrow and see if that guy is still the current champion.

74% of black babies born to single parent households is absolutely undoing them. There is no way around it.
