I think the traditional government format in racially diverse cities has been proven

ineffective. Every "diverse" southern city in America has a nice part of town (white) and a bad part of town (black). The nice side obviously generates the significant portion of the taxes and is the backbone of the city. The black side blindly elects politicians based on race, which are usually incompetent and corrupt, and do nothing for the betterment of the city. The council members work against each other (and the city) and accomplish nothing. Nice communal things cant be built, because they are destroyed. Middle class families are forced to move to the suburbs to get away from the bad part of town. Is this fixable? What are some new methods of government that could work in these areas?

Bring back poll testing.

You should go down the rabbit hole of YouTube videos of black folks explaining why they choose to live in the white part of town.

Racial diversity is a failure. Always was. It ignores basic cultural differences. One cannot assimilate to a culture in which is alien. Cultures are a product of the people who create them. If there is substandard culture, it is because the people are substandard.

Honest question, is there any city larger than say 75,000 that is predominantly minority led that is prospering? Around here they all seem to have higher crime rates, higher taxes, budgetary mismanagement, failing infrastructure, and losses in population.

In most i stances the difference in so called black and white areas are opportunity and economics. Take Lafayette for instance, the northside (black) is starting to get more businesses to invest and open in area where as most areas on southside (white) have new businesses and subdivisions opening and being built continuously. Sometimes opportunity is the key advantage and factor

What “New” business other than payday loans and weave shops have located between I10 and Moss st at the airport?
Anything north of I10 I consider carencro and yes it’s booming.

Certain areas of the north side used to be much nicer and had more businesses. Crime drove them out. Who brought the crime?

Well, i use the south because it is a prevalent problem in every state. The north and west don't have the percentages that we do, aside from maybe detroit and baltmore. They can't even comprehend what we have to deal with down here.

People will naturally flock to their own kind. There is nothing wrong with that. Forced association will never work. If people get along, great. If not, you mind your business over there, and we'll mind ours over here.
