She doesn't understand that the reason congress has the authority to declare war is because congress (specifically the House) controls the purse strings of the nation. The idea is that we avoid getting into a war that will bankrupt and destroy the nation. (Damn, she be stoopid an' shite.)

The quote is different than what she said. It makes the endwokeness account look petty and ultra partisan. I hate everything she stands for, but changing the words and lopping off part of the context is a democrat maneuver. Kill her with facts and logic.
