You can believe if it was being reported that many voters in red parts of the state and country were receiving multiple ballots that T boy would be absolutely up in arms. Its amazing how they think

What if someone shows up to vote on election day only to find out they already voted?

That chance is so low, it's a rounding error.

**Jump to the bottom for cliffs. Continue reading if you’re a thinker.
I could probably count on a two-fingered hand how many times I’ve had that true, deep down feeling on this board that the person knew what they were talking about, genuinely so. And both times that person was me. Yes, two times isn’t many, but I was just playing down the actual number so as to not come across as boastful.
Seriously though, especially when someone specifically brings attention to others not knowing what they’re talking about, but that particular someone does…..I definitely know that someone absolutely doesn’t know what he or she is talking about. As for everyone else - they don’t know much either. How do I know? What’s my authority for that? Where are the receipts? Show my work? Can’t do it. Only way I know to explain it is, “when you know, you know”. It’s like a sixth sense. An additional gear most if not all others don’t have. A third tit.
Cliffs: despite their over the top shows of self confidence, most of the time people, even here among us, actually have no clue what they’re talking/lecturing about. Where’s my proof of this claim? It’s right here in my mind.

They definitely are
No one who understands how this shite works will care at all.
Even without knowing how voter registrations work, the entire premise is flawed: you think there’s a cabal of evil, cheating democrats who can pull votes out of thin air, so their master plan is to blast ballots all over the county and then… what? Wait for people like the OP to hopefully send them all in?
Why not just skip that step entirely and fill them out yourself instead of exposing the super secret conspiracy?

I genuinely don’t have a frickin clue what you’re trying to say here.

I'm pretty sure Absentee ballots have identification on them, but perhaps GA is different than LA

Because our election systems are such a mess and non-transparent, the odds can’t be calculated.
We should at a bare minimum have enough transparency to verify that the odds are as low as you claim.
The mere fact that we can’t is enough to justify reforms so that the public can have a modicum of faith in the system.

I went back and added cliffs, so give it another look. I’ll admit it was just a momentary outburst on my part after seeing so many instances of so many people clearly not knowing what they’re talking about, yet giving a lecture anyway - and of all things usually in a very smart arse way. I guess I was just struck by the surrealism of it.

Are we talking about OP here?

It was just in general, I believe, but surely in some way or another spurred by the post to which I initially replied. I’m too lazy to check it out, I’ll be honest.

think the first question is why is GA sending four applications to one voter? Is that intentional?
I assume OP is a registered Republican.
So, was that a mistake? Or is Georgia just this stupid

Assuming that someone submits 2 mail in ballots, either by mistake or by design, what mechanism would you put in place to catch it that doesn't already exist?

Chain of custody for one.
Just like the USPS is trying to do, if the damn judges would let them.

But you only get to be on the voter roll one time. One person, one vote.
What if someone on your team decides to just count all four ballots if they're for the Dim, like your team has been doing for years?
Blue Counties in Virginia, Maryland, Massachusetts and Maine, among others, had over 90% voter turnout (up to 100%) in 2018, 2020 and 2024. That's a rash of statistical impossibilities.

I am pretty they have no chain of custody on them so the ID does not matter.
The cheating has never been about absentee actual voters doing something with the ballots, it is the box stuffers doing something with them.
No more secure than the chain of custody is, I am amazed that anybody tries to assert that our elections are secure.
One party fights any and all measures to secure elections. Why is that?
