Well, the gay community has never been accused of being low key or wanting less attention
The whole "pride" movement is a "LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME BEING PROGRESSIVE AND UNDERSTANDING, I AM SUCH AN INTELLECTUAL COOL MOM!" attention whoring endeavor. It's so shallow, and I actually know a couple based lesbians and a gay dude that hate what it's become because of the people that have taken the whole thing over.

It's about nothing more than shoving their lifestyle down your throat and you can't say anything. And up until this year it worked. I'm actually surprised that people have begin to stand up and push back against it.

It’s the pendulum effect. Some pendulums have a little more give than others but they stop at a point as well.

It started as "we want to be accepted" then went into "we're not ashamed to be gay, we're proud of it" and now has changed to "we fricking dare you to stop us from doing anything and everything we want". It's so bad there are now gay groups who refuse to associate with Pride, LGBTQ+ANUS, etc.

They call it "Pride" to cover up their shame.
They know their activities are nasty. They know all the world's religions banned this behavior until recently. Most governments did too.
They know even their own families are ashamed of them.
"Pride" is them overcompensating and trying to make themselves feel better about the bad life choice they have made.
