I was being facetious. You chose the word evolution. I just expanded.

But, when did "Modern society" start? LBJ and the Great Society?

Helping the helpless is fine. Too many of those identified as "helpless" now are due to bad choices and availability of ridiculous social programs.

Right. And if you proposed offering free birth control people would cry about that too

Yep...just like salvation. Problem is, most don't seek it.

Today, 40% of all US births are to unmarried women. So, no, that is not surprising.

All classes are friked in this country.

The government is promoting/rewarding the deadbeats to have children.

No one cares or knows genetics.

We are very close to more "Takers" then "Makers"

I'm of the belief that only "makers" should be allowed to vote. We would vote for policies that quickly encourage takers to become makers, creating a much more productive society.

There isn't much you can do to keep people from having sex

This is correct but people should be held responsible for their actions
There are condoms & birth control at health units & planned parenthood
If someone cannot afford 15.00 for condoms they cannot afford to bring a kid into this world

yeah I’m pretty sure that’s highly illegal
