Do you have any idea how many immigrant crews have “legal” documents? In the plants, it’s ALL of them.

Here’s how it works:
Step 1: advertise a job opening
Step 2: put ridiculous unnecessary job requirements in the description to ensure most people able to do that job aren’t qualified, and advertise pay WAY lower than anyone meeting those criteria would ever accept
Step 3: use AI filters to ensure that no remotely qualified resumes ever are seen by a human
Step 4: show government that you have no qualified applicants
Step 5: get exemptions from government to import thousands of workers (with far less qualifications than the original job listing) from Latin America.

Not doing this through H1B

Immigrant crews are succeeding because native born Americans are "too good" to dirty their hands.

They’re succeeding because they would have to pay legal citizens real wages and benefits and pay taxes on them.

For those who don't think companies will pay

Company A offers starting pay at $30.00/hr
Company B offers pay at $18/hr
Company C offers pay at $19.50/hr

WHICH COMPANY IS GOING TO GET THE MOST AND BEST EMPLOYEES?

WHICH COMPANIES ARE NOT GOING TO GET JOB APPLICANTS AND GOOD EMPLOYEES?

What if Company A decides to hire at $18/hr?

None of these three companies will get applicants or employees when the same pay can be made working at Chipolte

In other words... companies are going to have to spend money to get good help and they ALL know this.

Legal citizens aint filling these jobs.

We couldnt get white people to take jobs that potentially pay 100k with great benefits, because it involved "labor."

You could get them to do so in Louisiana. You can’t in Alaska.

There are millions upon millions of Americans who work jobs for far less than $100k that involve labor.

Because they pay like shite right now because the pay rate is for slave labor immigrants

Imagine the cost of construction after liberals start demanding $20 minimum wage and benefits....

I read about a study years ago that explained a good way to make assembly line work better for the worker.
If you assemble the top of a widget all day it gets really old and boring. So, after 6 months they take you to another room and show you how to assemble the middle of the widget. Six months later you go to the bottom of the widget line. They keep rotating crews to keep things new.

We did that here Zach. And helped load trucks, do inventory, receiving and check out. Lots of different jobs.

At the end of the day, they make more money, and you have a plethora of employees who can fill in for vacations, leave, etc. And they realize they are a heck of a lot more valuable.

I question any such statistic. While I would like to get away from the desk some days, I would absolutely not prefer to be hunched over a factory sewing machine assembling shirts or bench working assembling small appliances.

Tell me you have never been in a factory without telling me you have never been in a factory

You are truly an imbecile. I am not much into name-calling, but when you say such hyperbolic idiocy it deserves calling you what you are.

You know nothing about manufacturing jobs, you watched 20-30 seconds of an AI developed video showing someone doing a 1920’s era job in a factory and want to lecture all of us on what manufacturing is, and is not.

Are you being paid by a foreign entity to come up with this shite? Maybe by George Soros? Really,…..what is your motivation for posting this ridiculous drivel?

Youre not much into common sense or logic either.

We just went through an incredible economic expansion where everyone with a pulse moved up the opportunity ladder. I guess you dont have much of a pulse.

Where were these people you tout? There is no excuse to being stuck in a dead in job after the expansion we recently went through.

At Chipolte, you tap out day one as an employee, there is not career path, unless you have the skills and want for management role

Eating out for lunch now cost about 14 dollars

that's about double what it was a few years ago

Everyone wants and needs more money to make ends meet

30 an hour isn't chump change to a business owner...

Job type is important...are you an expense or do you create revenue?

There are more jobs in manufacturing than just being a line worker. Sales, Transportation, Management, Tech, and yes office jobs. Liberals are so dumb.

I would really like for you to bet your own life on your reasoning, I wish you would drive a car down the interstate that has been put together by a crackhead.

Those people I tout live around me in the southeast. Many I know personally that had jobs in some of the 90,000 factories that have been shutdown in the USA in the last 20-30years. Since they are mostly hardworking they have been able to make a life in other ways.

Now, you lying piece of shite, why don’t you answer my question?
