The above quotation is from an ignorant lawyer. The principle of a thing is it's beginning. Wisdom is the principle thing, get wisdom, and with all thy getting, get understanding. This is the type of intellectual prostitute that inhibits the sharing of ideas. The common law is a set of principles, unwritten, that are even found in the civil law of Louisiana. Many times the civil law of Louisiana over steps the common law and allows torts/causes of action that the common law prohibited. However, the reasonable man doctrine course missed this law student. Logic and reason dictate to the "common" man how to think, morality is the dicta on how we treat others. Everyone of you will find a common thread amongst the BAR members...intellectually they disdain us...this is one of those morons.

He did say

“Ignorant idiot” of course being a rabid anti-Semite.

But those dudes usually don’t give it up that easy. I’ll bet his ignorance is from before he was awoken to the truth of who our true (((rulers))) are

Jesus. You LOVE this kind of vocabulary?

the independent contractors impersonating Marshals (Walden Security), at the Federal Court in Baton Rouge

Dude, settle down. They are court security. They operate under the direction of USM. All it takes is one look to know that these old retired guys are not US Marshals. They only impersonate them in your imagination.

You can’t turn it off can you? You’re starting to sound like one of these sovereign citizen nutbags. Get your shite together. Be passionate, be yourself, be right, but don’t go off the deep end. Good luck.

Yikes. He certainly has some strong opinions

Interesting

Brandon Sibley [Brandon Albert Sibley] is a convicted felon who suggested a deadly October 2018 attack at a Pittsburgh synagogue was a hoax and has promoted anti-Semitism as well as anti-Semitic conspiracy theories. He has also spread hatred of Israel.

As of August 2019, the Clerk of Courts website for Duval County, Florida indicated that in 2001, Sibley was convicted and sentenced to three years in state prison for “aggravated battery with a deadly weapon” and also involved in other criminal activity.

Let us start with you...

The government has rules, or rather what we call limitations to involve themselves in private activity.

When government, exhibits control over private activity, it is called?
Eminent Domain.

When government operates by administrative order, such as Shelly D. Dick, citing CDC guidance as her reason for implementing COVID measures, is the action one of the Judiciary, or the Executive branch?

Can the Judiciary legislate law?
Can the executive branch direct anything other than those under his direct control? Federal Employees, which still have protection by the way.

Health Defense Fund defeated the broadening of the statutes of the CDC, and as such the Judge, sent an order out and restricted access to a place of public accommodation, which Louisiana has incorporated in our constitution in article 22, without any authority to do so...

Neither did the plaintiffs exhibit any reasonably articulated suspicion or criminal activity to warrant a seizure of property, but some third party deemed us incapable of making medical decisions on our own.

This is a violation of the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th, and 14th amendment to the United States Constitution.

Life, limb, and personal security are secured in the 9th amendment as those rights not enumerated, and perpetually known as natural rights.

When the government creates two classes of people, with different privileges, rights, and immunities, they have created an invidious discriminatory animus.

That is law...that is precedent...that is fact!!

Yeah, that asymmetrical cut across the bangs makes it look like he cut his own hair too.

Sibley, after reading all that Jew hating crap on your blog, you either need to get some help or start hanging with Kanye for some moral support. Jews are good people.

If you were casting a Jew-hating white supremacist from Livingston Parish, that’s exactly who you would draw up.

Sib, I think you need to go back to hating Jews. That fits you better than this butchering of the law you keep doing here.

Prolly got better pussy and drugs on the white supremacist circuit anyway. Anti-vax chicks are usually pretty crunchy.

Thomas Sowell was a Marxist.

Is he still one?

Is the past my definition?
Is what I am speaking today, not relevant, because what I said yesterday.

This intellectual faux-pas abound in hypocrisy, as if the man, born ignorant, can instantly transform into the butterfly, without ever passing through the caterpillar stage.

This is dishonest.
This is mis-direction.

Speak to me now, on the merits I bring forth.
The man I left in the past, is dead.
