Well you have every ability to pull the case law on page one, read the FOIA request , read the administrative orders from a federal judge citin CDC guidance, and yet you have decided to provide argumentation back and forth instead.
Your opinion is at this time, hearsay, counselor.
A good student of the law would've read the complaint, the attached exhibits, and realized that the continual violation doctrine cited, has merits.
I have gone to the courthouse for 34-months to enter, and yet, I can enter, New Orleans, Jackson, and other courthouses, but cannot enter Baton Rouge.
That is unequal treatment, and a judge operating on personal bias, personal ideology, absent of any legislative law.
So I ask you again counselor...is it your practice to speak third hand? Or does your assumptions control your opinions?

I asked you to tell me what lie I have told, not provide me with a narrative of your experience filing pro se lawsuits for three years and asking why I don’t care to read more of your rambling.

Well it’s obvious you’re trolling this guy. I mean he said he made mistakes in his past and he has been transparent about his mistakes. You’re trying to destroy the person instead of his argument. You’re clearly being illogical. It appears to me that this guy is smarter than some dude who graduated from Southern Law School who gets in message board fights.

All I can draw from his posts is it likely has something to do with suing businesses for requiring masks to enter. But his posts are wild. I’m sorry, but I’m not downloading a zip file from a random poster on a message board. If he wanted to lay out his basic argument he could have easily done that by now if he actually had one.
If he had simply stated mask mandates and vaccination mandates were wrong, I would have agreed with him. I didn’t need for him to go into crazy town to get to that point, if that is his point

I’m not downloading the zip file either. I think his point is that the judge prevented him from entering a federal court house by requiring him to wear a mask or have received a vaccine. He’s saying the judge didn’t have this authority. He may have a different way of writing but I could understand this from his posts.
