No one said you should be tracked down and killed, but your martyrdom complex doesn’t surprise me. It’s pretty common amongst extremists. So is the inclination to tribalize folks into in-groups and out groups, enemies or allies…

Here we are again, so you speak in ideologues and stereotypes, hypothecating on what I said, when in reality I said nothing of the sort.

I am going to ask you again.

Are you Boosie?
Are you the woman in your Avatar?

What is your address?
My number, my face, my likeness, and my image is on the court documents I linked.

Until you can identify yourself as such, your opinion, could be that of the DOJ, the FBI, or the CIA, and as such, I would implore you to leave this section of the interwebs, because I will continue to intellectually dismantle you and deface your aribritray dialogue as that of a MORON!

You can divert, misdirect, and try to subvert, but BOOSIE you are no one!!

And until you provide the level of transparency that I have, well frankly my dear, I just don't give a damn.

So kindly see your way out of this thread, because there is absolutely no chance you, or your ilk will win.

Bruh, you literally said:

quote:

Am I the enemy...or you?

Then the post before that you interjected you being the enemy when no one said anything of the sort.

Here’s that one:

quote:

Yet, white collar criminals inhabit the halls of justice and political spheres, defrauding the American People, and I am the enemy?

You’re interesting not because of your babbling about the law or Thomas Jefferson. You’re interesting because of your propensity throughout your life to find and create chaos while being drawn to the extreme fringes.

You seem to be familiar with the pendulum concept. Why has your pendulum never stayed in the equilibrium of the middle-of-the-road, mainstream thought?

LSUFBALL19, if you don't mind can discuss the essential elements of a title 42 § 1985 lawsuit?

There is five essential elements within the cause of action.

Do you mind stating them all for us?

Can you please enlighten us on how the administrative directive of the CDC, FDA, EPA, and other executive branch agencies circumnavigated the rules of law?

Can you please list the four criteria for private corporations to be included as state agents?

1)The nexus test, i.e., whether there is a sufficiently close
nexus between the State and the challenged action of the
regulated entity so that the action of the latter may be
fairly treated as that of the State itself.
2. The symbiotic relation test, i.e., whether the State has so
far insinuated itself into a position of interdependence
with the private party that there is a “symbiotic
relationship” between them.
The joint action test, i.e., if a private party is a willful
participant in joint activity with the State or its agents,
then state action is present.
4. The traditional public powers test or public functions
test, i.e., where a private entity that exercises powers
traditionally exclusively reserved to the State is
engaged in state action.

I am going to out every one of you false attorneys on this site!!

Life is order and chaos. The fact that you do not recognize it, is proof you are a bot or agent.

All are born into ignorance and either you are ignorant, or willfully ignorantt.

1) When children are cutting off their genitals to "fit" in, something is wrong.
2) When public educations number one objective is sexual education, something is wrong.
3) When the current president has dementia, something is wrong.
4) When attorneys tasked with protecting rights, circumnavigate them, something is wrong.
5) When judges rule on the "spirit" of the law, instead of what the letter states, something is wrong.
6) When the intelligentsia is pushing for equity, absent of morality, something is wrong.
7) When Tic-Tok is how the youth speak to psychologist, something is wrong.
8) When victimization is more prevalent in our psyche, than overcoming our circumstances, something is wrong.
9) Acting as if the world is just fine and those who see problems are viewed as extremist, YOUR VIEW IS WRONG.

BOOSIE...
Who are you?

As you can see, the usual left wing extremists are here to distract from the real issues at hand.

Welcome to the poli board, where conservatives have to fight tooth and nail to get a word in edge wise.

I have never voted for a democrat in my life, but this sovereign citizen ex-con is a clown. He has yet to make a cogent response to anything, just jumps around making long-winded broad statements he thinks sound profound.

He was asked a direct question earlier whether he still harbored hate for Jews, and his response was he wanted to answer honestly…then started rambling in platitudes without ever providing anything that would qualify as an actual response to the question.

I sincerely hope these pro se legal filings don’t mirror what he’s posted on this board, for his own sake. He’s said a whole lot of words in this thread without actually saying anything.

He just comes across as a typical “I want to blow up the government” nut job who has read some laws and maybe a few cases without actually understanding them

Curious. What makes a person? Is it their background? Their upbringing? Are they born a certain way?

Should folks use people’s background and their consistent actions as fact to who that person is? or should folks give the benefit of doubt?

Damn you morons are so stupid.
Didn't google it, I have a subscription to Westlaw and it is included in another one of my cases, where I am suing a Hospital for religious persecution and one of my causes of action is title 42§1985.

Matter of fact, I copied and pasted from my telegram group and the text came straight from case law.

Cornish v. Correctional Services Corp.
United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.March 8, 2005402 F.3d 545150 Lab.Cas. P 59,96522 IER Cases 897

So you clicked on a case, copy and pasted an opinion, and then asked me to brief it? Are you serious right now?

Are you asking me to log onto west law and copy and paste the opinion? I’m sure you can manage that

Just you and me coward.
You run around with the mask on your face didn't you?

You got the vaccination also, didn't you?

So you have personal disdain for those who didn't tuck their tails and run.

Here is the beautiful thing, I actually know how to move a court, write pleadings, and answer affirmatively if need be.

Here is where you will fail moving forward with me...I am actually doing what you wish you could do , because you are scared of the judges and other lawyers.
