So last night I talked to the lady who owns the house across the street. She moved to a retirement home a couple of years ago and rents the house out. The tenants are months behind on their rent and she took them to court last week. They didn't show up and their lawyer claimed they have COVID.

This morning I went through my security cam tapes and I have them leaving the house 6 times on the day they were supposed to be in court. So should I send the video to her, her lawyer or directly to the judge?

Hope this crap gets not only them into a world of hurt but also reflects on their scumbag lawyer.

This is how we know you're not a Democrat. You'd have already sent it to the neighbor and blackmailed them into paying for your silence.

If you feel like you need to tattle, Karen, just go ahead and do it. You don't need the permission of strangers.

I get it. While a regular person in this situation would just mind their own business and go on with their lives, for some people its very important to involve themselves in issues that have nothing to do with them up to and including threats to tell the manager. It's dictionary definition Karen behavior. Own it.

Firstly, absent new information, there is no crime here. This is someone missing a court date in a civil action and maybe having a bad excuse for it. Hardly a murder in the front yard. You can choose to involve yourself in this civil action of which you are not a party or you can stay out of people's business and not be Karen. But I suppose a Karen is gonna Karen, right?

All three. And please let us know if you find out if the tenant's lawyer got chewed out by the judge.

Judges tend not to be happy when people skip court. And judges are really not happy if a lawyer isn't truthful in their courtroom.

Either way, it'll look bad for clients AND/OR their lawyer.

Honestly I don't see it as a Karen situation. First the lady who owns the house is a good friend and was a neighbor for 20 years. Second the tenants are indeed scumbags, they aren't keeping up the place and park multiple vehicles in the yard and on the street. 3rd I have problems with people abusing COVID in any way and fourth if the lawyer knew they didn't have COVID he is scum.

The house is across the street. He knows the homeowner. Maybe they are friends.

I know I would try to help a friend who is being scammed.
