I hadn't followed Strzok that closely.

I knew who he was, what his job was, and that he was anti Trump and an adulterer.

Yesterday I watched him tell us how dedicated he was to the FBI, and that his personal feelings would never get in the way of him doing his job. He was adamant about that and he really appeared to be genuinely hurt that some felt his job suffered becsuse of his personal, political beliefs.

But then you step back and consider how he broke numerous X FBI rules, had an affair with a co-worker, and broke his marriage vows; you have to ask yourself, can you believe this guy at all?

He let his personal feelings for a co-worker help him break FBI rules. He let his personal feelings for a co-worker break his marriage vows. But he didn't let his personal feelings about Trump hurt his job performance and he followed the FBI rules in his investigation.

Then look at the investigations he handled, the Clinton one and the Trump one, and tell me both were handled by the book!!!!

It doesn't add up.

His personal affairs are not relevant. Cheating on your wife is a character flaw, but it doesn't necessarily inhibit your ability to do your job and do it well.

The fact that he explicitly stated he would stop Trump is why I think he's full of shite and intentionally fricked these investigations.

It does directly undermine your credibility.

I kept waiting for him to yell at Trey Gowdy that HE had ordered the goddamm code red on Private Santiago.

There you go! Character/integrity is everything in this world. It means everything, esp for someone with his power.

I said this yesterday, but it was Gohmert that would get him to admit the code red.

He had Strzok pissed and triggered. Wish he had another 10 min.

Gowdy could have gotten him rattled, but Gowdy's style of smooth, low key Gotcha, doesn't work on a guy like strzok. You have to hammer him, be a pissed off prick. It got the best reaction out of Strzok all day. You could tell by his smirk that he wanted to say "you damn right I went after Trump and you cant do a damn thing. I have a responsibility that you cant Fathom, I'd rather you say Thank You and go on your way"

It does when a cornerstone and requirement of his occupation is integrity

BULL-frickING-shite.

He was not tapping some waitress at TGI Friday's.

He was having an affair with an FBI Co-Worker ... and the texts involved in that affair are completely relevant to his fricking credibility (or complete lack thereof) and blatant bias.

GTFO with that 'not relevant' shite. In this instance, that is not the case.

Strzok: "Yes, I cheated on my wife with a coworker and sent thousands of horrible text messages disparaging Trump, his family, and all of his supporters, but I didn't mean any of it. How dare you question my integrity!"

Exactly.

He broke FBI protocol. That's been proven. He broke his marriage vows too. The guy is a phoney.

I assume none of you voted for the very flawed character of Donald Trump for president if you have these strong opinions about specific immoral actions in personal life.

Do you know how silly this sounds, considering the Trump worship on this board?

Bull shite. If he can't take a marriage vow seriously, then how the hell do expect him to take ANY vow seriously.

Too bad he's not military, adultery is a chargeable offense under the UCMJ.

You don't have to be married either, if a single person porks a married person the single person can still be charged with committing adultery.

I voted for Trump to be president not to be a principal member of the FBI.

You are defending a guy who broke FBI rules, and not just ran around on his wife.

You overlook the rules he broke, but believe him when he said he was fair in the Clinton matter and the Trump matter when you know he was biased.

Really, what individual could do that?

He would probably lose that sweet top secret security clearance as well.

I'm not defending him at all. I'm not even defending adultery, as I think it's a disgusting act.

You're really missing the point of my posts.

So what the frick does that mean? The President doesn't need integrity or to show he can honor vows?

I voted for Trump and I think Strzok deserves to be branded a traitor and thrown under the jail, but the hypocrisy and logical fallacies in this thread are unbelievable.
