If that's the case, take away the right of anyone under 25. They don't know what the real world is like yet and shouldn't be making any decisions that affect the entire country

Better yet, and more in line with college aged kids these days: a broken cell phone. Let's see how he is with circuits and soldering.
Seriously, go to the old folks in the state legislature overseeing colleges in that state, whatever they call that oversight body. Let those old folks with power know he thinks they are dumb.

I'd support raising the voting age to 25, with an exception for active military. They can vote at 18.
I believe I had no business voting until I was about 25, because I barely paid attention.

Also, please note that the same side who would say stuff like removing the rights of Senior Citizens to vote, is the side with a President going on national TV and telling NON CITIZENS to go vote, which should result in felony charges.

Yep, it's liberal progressive losers like this who create the lunatics who are conducting violent protests in our streets teaching the Obama/Saul Alinsky school of socialism.

He's got it backwards. We need to get rid of young people's right to vote. Raise the voting age to 25.
Despite that the group receiving the most in government handouts are members of the greatest generation?
You guys are authoritarian as frick. You basically want to remove the right to vote from demographics that hold different opinions than your own.
Not too much different than dems. Maybe you should look in the mirror.

Wrong.

Did you speak up or just sit there and nod?

You could have had plenty of fun being the dissenter in that class. Fortunately when I was in grad school, I didnt care about my grades because I just needed the MS letters on my resume for my career. I had lots of fun dissenting from the progressive teachers and rest of the students.

i always thought that you should have to pass some sort of an IQ test in order to vote.
No need for an IQ test. Just a simple 3 question quiz that won't take much time at all. Questions don't have to be difficult. For example:
1. In what hemisphere would we find Africa?
2. What is water called in it's solid state?
3. Are ferrets subject to mandatory school attendance laws?
If you miss one, you flunk. I'd say it would disenfranchise about 1/3 of the population.

And cognitive ability declines around 45-50. Let's just say you gain the right to vote at 25 and you lose it at 50. Problem solved. Do you also oppose veterans with brain damage voting?

You can enlist at 17 if your parents sign allowing it.

Might be a better idea to have the minimum voting age changed to 25.
