UPDATE:
In view of the USSC decision, my employer is standing down.
Actually not surprised either.
On Monday, one of my coworkers (former PureBlood) scheduled the shot. I told him he should hold off until the court ruled, but he took the jab on Tuesday. He said after getting the shot that he was in pain on that whole side of his body, but it lasted only minutes.
OP:
My employer has not made vaccines mandatory, but "highly encourages" employees to be vaccinated. For now, unvaccinated employees will have to submit to weekly testing and wear masks at all times while inside or in a vehicle with others. They did not specify who is to pay for the test.
This PureBlood will not take the fricking jab, and I refuse to pay for the weekly test.

Mine is about to roll out a policy that says if you're not boosted, then you're considered unvaccinated. I'm done with that bullshite. I go the vaccine before it was "mandated", then they wanted me to tell them if I was vaccinated. When that wasn't sufficient, they told us we had to provide proof of vaccination, and now they're saying vaccinated means boosters. I'm fricking done. Let the cards fall where they may.

quote:My government says I need a “vaccine” and multiple boosters that won't protect me from contracting or transmitting a virus that is not a danger to me. If the vaccine harms me, my government says the manufacturer is not liable. It seems the only real immunity associated with the “vaccines” is the immunity from lawsuits given to its manufacturers.
and now they're saying vaccinated means boosters

Yep.
Even the head of the CDC says that vaccines don't prevent transmission but the government, that is supposed to be following her guidance, still says you need to be vaxxed to "prevent the spread".

This is me too; boosters is the hill I die on.

You are smarter than you look.
Just retire and travel these great states of America before you can't

Sounds reasonable to me.
My employer does some federal work. So we have the mandate even though we are all remote.
I got the Pfizer, but I am not getting a booster. For now that’s not required.

I got one last week stating that we needed to let them know our vaccination status. My favorite part about the email was the last sentence that said "We recognize that receiving the vaccine is a personal decision and you should consult with your physician about it."
Really? If it's a personal decision then it's not any of your fricking business!

If you have to walk away, you will be considered a worker no longer looking for a job but will not be considered unemployed. Good luck.

I don't even work in an office and have to test weekly.
We had to download an ADP app and answer vaxx questions and upload negative test. I uploaded a photo of the test, which doesn't even say "negative" or anything. No one has challenged me yet. I am hopeful this thing gets dropped, it is going to be a royal fricking pain to get tested every week.
How the frak is this supposed to work once everyone is getting tested and you can't even get a test every week? There aren't enough slots at "proctored" test sites to meet demand. But we all know that's part of the plan.

When will you stop getting the jabs? Never?

Mine for the past week and as far as I can see going forward has made a new mask mandate for ALL no matter your Vax status.
Vax will not be resulted though. They will adhere to whatever osha makes us do.
Mandate would cripple our company with 80% of our numbers being warehouse workers.

So what's the fricked up government's reasoning for not paying unemployment to those fired because of this, but every god damned cocksucking liberal went the last 2 years getting every benefit imaginable
