If Trump claimed that Acosta beat the girl senseless with the microphone, you people would insist that it was absolutely true. There is no arguing with that level of delusion.

I'm not assuming either way. I posed that very question. But how on earth would the judge be qualified to evaluate the compression of the video without expert opinion. Also, the president and SHS were present live, so the video wasn't required to know Acosta struck that woman.
