That's the entire point. Be the master of your domain. Never be strong-armed again. Especially by the government. You decide what's best for you and your family, not them.

I think a lot of people learned from this.

I try to use common sense. Something was wrong when they went to the lengths they went to in order to force people to get it. There is no way these scumbag politicians were stupid enough to take it themselves.

That really isn’t an answer, but I’ll try to infer something from it:

You base your assessment off of who is giving you the information?

So you assume someone is mostly likely telling you a lie and others are most likely telling you the truth?

Well your theory seems to be that it was the Covid shot, because they said it was. Doesn’t seem any more logical. Nobody knows, it’s my opinion that there was no way they took it.

Nah, they were vaccinated because they trust health authorities more than you do.

Serious question. The way the “everything is fake” crowd operates in todays world fascinates me.
The mainstream media is biased and "fake" much of the time. The sites and podcasters this board turns to for the truth are biased and "fake" as well.

What you do is listen to a bit from each and ask yourself, "I wonder if that's true" for everything except sports scores.

Presidents and other politicians have been taking vaccines including new ones and in public for decades.

All fakes? Or at what point did they start faking it?

You could really head down a rabbit hole here.

Do you not see a difference between the Covid vaccine and the vaccines in the decades before. Gee, there seems to be a huge difference, can’t put my finger on it.

Trump took a placebo and told everyone it was the Vax so they'd take it? Sounds evil.

That’s reasonable and pretty close to the truth. I’d take it a step further and separating verifiable facts out from opinions.

Example: “candidate xyz commentary on abortion DESTROYING polling with white women!”

Taking 5 seconds to google stuff here would go a long way to rooting out disinformation. The problem arises when you think everything is fake- even the sources you’d use to verify a claim.

Jake has a point.

Did GEOTUS lie to you about this?

Not only did he do that, he even claimed it was safe and worked.

Former President Donald Trump was booed at a rally Saturday in Alabama after he told supporters they should get vaccinated. "And you know what? I believe totally in your freedoms. I do. You've got to do what you have to do," Trump said. "But I recommend take the vaccines. I did it. It's good. Take the vaccines."

Throw him in the same cell as Fauci! Crimes against humanity.

So just to be clear, you're telling me that Donald Trump has been lying to the American people, including his supporters?

He did. And the Covid bullshite is one of the things I have criticized Trump for plenty times. He’s still the best option we have by far. But he most certainly lied about taking that “vaccine”.

I still think if Pfizer had told the public they had the vaccine ready the week before the election when they knew it was ready rather than just after, that Trump would have won in 2020.

Unvaccinated here. All the men and women who are unvaccinated should be proud too. Didn't give into the pressure of these selfish, arrogant dip shits who don't have your best interest and never ever will, the ones who forced a rushed, imperfect vaccine down you and your kids throats. Told them to go frick yourselves and live your lives. That is admirable.

I tend to agree. Pfizer was fighting against the perception they were going too fast at trumps direction and didn’t want it to look like they rushed things on purpose.

quote:

“I think we should have it before the election, but frankly the politics gets involved,” Trump said this week, expressing frustration over the FDA’s emergency authorization process. “They want to play their game.” It’s against that backdrop that Pfizer is attempting to convince top health experts that it’s not skimping on safety — and that its record-fast progress developing a vaccine has been driven purely by science, rather than a desire to deliver on Trump’s demands.

quote:

Pfizer has also set up a one-on-one briefing between Bourla and Ezekiel Emanuel, an adviser to Joe Biden, after he organized a widely circulated letter urging the company to hold off on seeking any vaccine authorization until “at least late November.”

Wait a moment! This isn’t me, but I respect those people. They were threatened unfairly, and they found a way to beat it. I think you should rethink that one.

Not too sure...the media and Democrat mantra then would have been that the Trump Administration recklessly and dangerously sped up approval of the shot for political reasons.

Actually, that WAS the mantra on the news shows after Trump announced his Project Warp Speed and promised a "vaccine" by year's end. Meanwhile many supporters of Trump (not all) were praising him saying, "This is why we voted for this guy. Cut the red tape!"

Then Biden won, and the script flipped.
