Liberals/socialists always take the blue state/Democrat run cities take by Trump the wrong way. Trump isn't saying he's not the POTUS of those states and won't help them. He's pointing out how terribly they are being run by Democrats and that those people should vote for change, vote Republican. He's actually being inclusive and wanting those states to support him by voting the Democrats in those states out.
