This is another situation where a liberal suddenly develops a fake inability to comprehend language beyond 3rd grade level so they can assert things they know to be false.

Surely you are not that dense OP, at least you don't strike me as being so.
What he means, and you should and probably do know this, is he shouldn't have to do it because Congress should have done their job. Instead your democrat heros are resisting everything just for the sake of resisting even when it is harmful to the country.

I didn’t need to do this (go to the ER when I have a cold), but I’d rather do it much faster (going to the ER is faster than calling a doctor and waitng for an appointment, especially since I do t have a doctor).
