Yeah, that stutter shite is just that. Check out his VP debate against Paul Ryan in 2012. Go back to his interview in support of gay marriage right around Obergefell .He was on. An engaged sharp condescending prick....with no stutter. Go back to the 1994 super predator speech. Clear delivery no hesitation. There was a speech he made in 1974 about being a Senator and how it was the most important and consequential job that there was. Good delivery no hesitation no stampers.
