I can almost guarantee that most of this board will agree with me on this

Seems that a few idiots on here think Putin is loved by many on this board, so let’s once and for all resolve this.
The Ukrainian govt is corrupt and Putin is a dictator. We do not like either side. Seeing civilians from either side suffering is terrible. The only good thing that could possibly come of this is Russia exposing the corrupt dealings of US politicians and government officials. Not sure if that’s even a goal for Russia, but it’s the only good thing that could possibly come of this.

Of course that's true, the democrats and state media are trying to say that conservatives like Putin which is completely false but it allows them to draw more division.
They are just really mad that this didn't happen under Trump so this is their way of acting like a Kindergartener to shame conservatives.

I respect their president being out, something ours would never do. I feel bad for the innocents, but as of now Putin has only targeted govt facilities. Even Russian soldiers are ignoring civilians on the streets.

You’re not wrong, and no one on this planet despises communist more than I do. frick both sides. I have little empathy anymore, but it always sucks for civilians to be caught in the crossfire of despots. Believe it or not, you can get dull to seeing that also, with enough exposure.

Russia defeated quickly would be great not only to weaken them, but the neocons/MIC wouldn't get their prolonged conflict/war. The problem is our political elite would absolutely feast on aid to Ukraine after that point.
