this. 6 months ago, i was not confident in Trump beating Biden head to head.

I feel the exact opposite at this point.

Election Day should be just that. One day. Only. No extensions. No early voting. No vote by mail. Stand in line like Americans did every election in years gone by. Rain or shine. And yes, photo voter IDs required. Lose yours and SOL.

You’re not thinking this through. What about all the people outside of their respective district? Whether they’re deployed or stationed outside of it?

Thats not considered "mail in" ballots. They can vote on their base or at their embassy. And since those institutions are controlled by the federal govt....ya gotta show an ID, either military or passport, go figure.

What is all this nonsense about checking signatures, do you people ever go to a polling station and watch the process and who is doing it.

Every election they catch people in Broward checking the list for people that havent voted, with a stack of ballots, filling them out and tossing them in the bin.

They flipped seats after polls closed in more than one rep district, and ALWAYS to a dem.

My fear is not so much the presidential election but senate and PARTICULARLY house seats.

IF we have a fair election in November, Trump cruises to a win and we gain seats in the House, Senate will remain as is.

IF they steal the Presidency, there should be very real and very, very BRUTAL consequences.

I don't know if that brutal justice WOULD be handed out, but if it is, I would vote to acquit.....

100% this....

Anyone on this thread giving the Dems the benefit or the doubt or saying "both sides do it, you're just cheering for your tribe" is a complete fool or a liar.

There will never be a debate. Not a single one. There’s no way they let Biden on stage with Trump.

Honestly, I don't.

How are votes counted, and how does that help or hurt a particular side?
I've asked for a little education with this in multiple threads now.

I'm no closer to understanding how votes are counted and who that favors than I was before I asked those questions.

I’m not asking for handouts. My political philosophy hurts my pocketbook. I’m asking for a leveling of the playing field. The myth that America is a place of opportunity is largely bullshite. America is a story as old as time: where there are the haves, who pass/freeload their status and wealth from one generation to the next; and there are the have-nots, who mainly toil their lives away in a system designed to keep them right where they are. That’s not a meritocracy. And it’s only gotten worse.

Wtf are you talking about? There are plenty of companies built in shitty apartments from people that come from nothing.

Hell some baws from fricking lake Charles, la came up with a food delivery app and are now set for life.

Not everyone that becomes wealthy is born into it. Look at athletes and just random celebs, artists that got big. Sure their families from then on out will be born into it, but why the frick are you mad about that?
