preventative detention

I think anyone that may commit a crime in the future needs to be jailed.

We could call them a red flag law similar to the BS the gun grabbers want for gun owners.

Sweet double post, are you a gay?

It wasn’t a double post if you actually go back and read but it’s good evidence of why we are so fractured with people who lack basic reading skillls.

I love posters like you.

You're entertaining in all of the wrong ways.

The mom is all in on Free Palestine as well. She said that she has lots of Muslim friends.

I asked her what her “friends” thought about her “trans” child. She said she hasn’t mentioned it to them. I wonder why not?

She then promptly kicked me to the curb on social media.

Ironically, she saw I was in her neck of the woods (same city) and was pissed that I didn’t contact her.

Like I said…crazy.

That's not what I'm saying, these people have a severe mental illness and have become terrorists at a very alarming rate.

Thank you - my family member works with younger high school kids and she loves them. But they do have moments where they have meltdowns and they need their space but that is not uncommon for high schoolers, I would imagine. I don’t think this board understands but this is not something these kids are doing as a trend or popularity and it’s not going to stop whether you like it or not.

Some clearly have.
But you are painting with a really broad brush.

If they/them share the same worldview as yourself, they/them should lose their job immediately.

I agree on one point. I have a relative who is a teacher at a big suburban Detroit school and am shocked that there seem to be 5-10 of these going on at any one time. I disagree with you that's it's not a trend/popularity -- it's brainwashing. 30 years ago, these kids would be shamed and snap out of it a few weeks or months later.

I can imagine it’s upside down for the kid and the family. From what I have heard, some kids just feel this way but I have also heard there is some peer pressure in high school now to be gay or straight or trans or bisexual. I’m sure more here can provide better context.

Kids at that age are basically tormented with the way they feel and their hormones (as we all were) so I choose to be tolerant and understanding of them. I know that other people will not.

No they actually try to help these kids and they love them. What if this was one of your kids? You should be ashamed. They’re just kids, dude.
