I imagine there wouldn’t be a need for punishment. A dead Siamese twin would cause massive problems for the other one

Why does it need to be separate?

It has a heartbeat, brain activity, and is consciously aware. Sounds like a living being to me.

Which is EXACTLY WHY, FROM A CONSTITUTIONAL BASIS, this is something that belongs with the individual state legislature.

But that's not the point you were making. You clearly were trying to equate abortion and infanticide.

Who gives a f"ck what you are. You CANNOT extinguish a life.
"Pro choice" is flawed because emotions can influence a choice.

This is all just for show. No one gives a famn what women do.....but we do give a damn if you try and make us pay for it

So your proximity to an event determines whether you think it's good, bad or indifferent? You weren't around to see Jews get gassed, I don't suppose.

nah, they can get separated via a medical procedure, depends on what is being shared. Now answer the actual question

You do understand that the baby/fetus, while attached inside of a women, is not the woman's body. It has its own heart rate... it has its own DNA. So I am fine a women having the right to control their own body but that doesn't include harming another living being.

Their are numerous options available prevent pregnancy.. from the morning after pill to whatever form of birth control they want to use. Killing the baby is not necessary

You strike me more as someone who'd have preferred they be disarmed in the name of "common sense gun safety."

Very complicated issue that a lot of people do not understand. The Abortion Issue gets waaaayyyy more complicated when the issues with reproductive rights gets factored in. This has way more to do with than the act of having an abortion.
