So went from not legal to legal. Crazy it's like something defacto created a law.

Yes, I get how a simpleton without a basic understanding of middle school civics would come to your conclusion.

If the law was unconstitutional, it should have never had any legal effects and should have been void. There was no legal legitimacy prior to recognition of the illegality/unconstitutional status. Your framing presumes that legitimacy to present some status that was changed, when, legally, there was never any legitimacy or status as it was void.

This is such a basic concept

Then explain what the USSC did regarding gay marriage, you liitle midget.

Karla, what is your understanding of what the USSC did? Just created a federal law "mandating" gay marriage like one of your colleagues said earlier ITT?

You're both, little man. I used to school you regularly on your racist bullshite. That's the only reason you come running to almost all of my threads. You couldn't get over it.

Cmon, Karla

No one here has ever confused you with being the brightest crayon in the box. I don't think in over a decade I've actually read you intelligently debate actual policy. You stick to your same formula: mention the Political Establishment, bring up either Obama, Biden, or Kamala, and then use RANDOM CAPS to emphasize unsubstantiated tommyrot, and enjoy the upvotes from your brethren who also lack gyri and sulci. I kind of feel sorry for you tbh.

You had 120 posts yesterday. You have averaged 58 posts a day for 22 years.

Just curious how does your posting deal work? Are you paid by the post?

They easily could for federal elections. I doubt they could for state and local ones.

And yet, I schooled you on a regular basis back in the day. So much so that, 10 years later, you're obsessed with posting in my threads and making it personal instead of actually adding any real content.

Mandate, no.

But Congress definitely can for all elections of federal officials, namely US Congressmen, Senators and President.

SFP has some major issues. Narcissists, and he's one of the worst I've ever encountered, are obsessed with masking their insecurities by constantly injecting a false "superiority" over others.

I mean, ask yourself this. How many other posters here have the obsessive need to constantly mention to everybody on an anonymous message board how "smart" they are? SFP does this all the time, either mentioning how intelligent he is or how dumb others are.

It's really sad, but he's so damn obnoxious that I'll let others feel sorry for him. His constant need to assert his phony "superiority complex" turned me off a long time ago.
