Apparently, this place is full of dumb asses as well, as you so clearly prove.

but IMO getting arrested for littering seems kind of overkill to me in this particular case.

She got arrested for not following lawful orders, which turned into resisting arrest.

This is the correct answer.

She's required by law to exit the vehicle if ordered to during a traffic stop (for any reason...it does not require a threshold of specific suspicion of danger to the officer) and she refused to do so.

That's enough for him to detain her. When she resisted his efforts to get her out of the car (which he did after he informed her she was under arrest), that's now resisting arrest.

So embarrassing. Thanks to this woman, the cop will be in high alert when he pulls over another black person. People like her make everything worse.

Can you imagine the stupidity, gall and sense of entitlement it takes to throw a speeding ticket on the ground in front of a police officer?

Then lie about and say he threw it on the ground although it’s all on two separate videos.

The cop is at fault here for doing too much.

How much trash are non-bootlickers allowed to throw out of their vehicles? What's the threshold? Same as for the bootlickers?

This is the problem and why so much of this shite keeps happening. Examples need to me made. Not pats on the hand.

The conversation should have gone like this.

Step out of the car. I'm not gettin' out. I want a supervisor.

Taser, taser, taser.

IMO, Obama, Biden, BLM, black culture, et al have fostered this sense of entitlement. IOW, in any interaction with other races, they are emboldened to do any thing they want and any pushback is attributed to racism.

Do she ask to see a supervisor? I don’t know where the idea came from that you have some right to speak to a supervisor but it seems to be pervasive and it also seems to end the exact same way every time.

That’s the sovereign citizen MO. It’s incredible that people think that shite gets you out of traffic violations. I’m “traveling” so I don’t need a state issued DL, insurance or vehicle registration.

The charm is that resisting arrest charge will be on her record. Next time she’s stopped they will know ahead who they are dealing with and she won’t get any breaks.

IMO he should have just wrote her another citation for littering and everyone move along.

He played her. She was already chimping out so he knew the littering part would secure the deal of making an example. Brilliant play.
