Economy is strong. You’re just a sheep.
Wall Street is strong. Oil and Gas is strong. We’re the economic envy of every other country on earth. What more do you want?

This can be true while our economy is having issues.
We aren't the only ones who over-spent on Covid.

Biden kicking can isn't a good thing. It was done for political purposes. There is no fix.
I know people hate you, but this is spot on, and Trump will do the same thing. He will bandaid it and just trying to keep people from hurting today, right now.
It's noble, but it just makes the hole deeper and sooner than later that hole is going to swallow us.
Honestly part of me wants to believe I'm wrong and MMT really is the answer and we can just carry on forever like this.

I'm curious if they maintain intellectual consistency and only judge an economy by the date of the admin, where we ignore the impact of any previous behavior/policy.
I imagine when the economy sucks they'll blame Biden, but I could be wrong

Like how Obama took credit for Trump's economy, was that intellectually consistent?

They're going to do some form of an "autopsy" after they lose, and then move towards the middle with moderate candidates for 2028 to get 8 years post-Trump.
"They're" not going to be doing anything except feeding the worms. They've committed treason and know Trump and company are playing for keeps this time. I'd pay good money to kick the stool out from under Soros.

Ahh, so you really believe Trump is finally going to break the deep state in the justice and state departments and persecute all his political enemies?

Not crazy at all

What do you mean wut? Obama has said over and over Trump didn't build a strong economy, but inherited it. Was that intellectually consistent?

Oh ok. I thought you had their order confused
Obama was irrelevant once he was out of office.
I don't typically assign credit to any President in real time during their admin.
Your post leads me to believe you want to only assign credit or blame to a president during his time as president only. Whatever the economy was from inauguration to inauguration is assigned to that president

The left keeps going more left. They are on an irreversible course.

I don't, typically.
You have to do something extreme as president to have an impact that quickly
Even the impact of printing lags

Naw, if Trump somehow wins the popular vote and the GOP takes control of both side of Congress, the left will have to reassess. There's no ignoring something like that.

How did you feel when Iran released the hostages almost immediately after Reagan was elected, did you give Carter credit for that?
