They don't know they are wrong. Dates change, new "evidence" requires adjustment to the master plan. Delusion cannot be argued with, it only forces the delusional to dig in and defend their ludicrous beliefs more vehemently. That goes for the right and left

How about this for a conspiracy theory: William Barr permitted Jeffrey Epstein to die.

Thoughts?

Most of the time I play along.

I have many family and friends who think an invisible man in the sky sent a part of himself down to earth to be murdered to save the people from his normal murderous ways. I can show them irrefutable proof that the conspiracy is all based on older plagiarized Egyptian, Greek, Persian, Babylonian, Roman, and Canaanite myths and epics, but it would do me and them no good.

I can ask democrats for any evidence that there was “Russian collusion” yet they still believe.

We can show studies that show folks younger than 60s have no benefit to and in many cases are harmed by the mRNA COVID vaccines, yet they still believe.

In general, the best thing to do is to not bring it up, but if it comes up, play along and look to pivot to another subject. It is basically impossible to change anyone’s opinions or views, even with overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

That is, unless it’s a true conspiracy like the JFK assassination, faked noon landing, Pearl Harbor, 9/11, the Bidens with Ukraine and China, etc.

Just kidding on faked moon landing.

I can out conspiracy anyone.
I once witnessed someone travel back in time.
I had an out of body experience.
I have UFO stories.
I once overheard a bunch of politicos discussing murders and frame-jobs of political opponents, something I was definitely not supposed to hear.
Pretty sure I once visited a United States clandestine military installation on one of the moons of Saturn.
I even met St. Peter a couple weeks ago, who took me on a spiritual journey through a temple of my own fears.

Unfortunately, I have been so shaken by these experiences which I cannot adequately logically explain, that I think I might be just a teensy bit insane, now, or at least I feel like I come off that way.

All kidding aside, I am seriously shaken up after that business with St. Peter. I really should probably see a priest about it…and a neurologist…and a team of therapists, but my health insurance doesn’t kick in until November 1st at the earliest, so a priest will have to do.

Unless I was dosed without my knowledge, no. I don’t do drugs, hardly ever binge drink, and I rarely even drink caffeine. I get panic attacks when I have to take medications that might make me drowsy.

Obviously one would only apologize for “conspiracy theories” that turned out to be true.

You could also add the treatments/preventatives they told us were ineffective that studies have since proven otherwise.

There will always be conspiracy theories that are true, there will always be conspiracy theories that are false. An interesting mental exercise would be to look at the last 5 or 10 years. Of the ones that crossed your path and were feasible (we’ll ignore underground lizard people and focus on people doing people things), if you believed 100% of them would you be closer to the truth than someone who rejected 100% of them?

Not in the least. If I was wrong, then I was wrong.

In most cases, it bears out that the timing was wrong, but the substance was correct.

You seem desperate to earn some kind of acknowledgement, however. That must eat at you in your alone time.

Yes you were . It was completely fabricated yet you read it on the internet and just blindly believed it without verifying if it was tru or not because that is what you people do. You have been wrong over and over the past several years with your beliefs and predictions yet you keep on holding onto hope.
