How much of the Chick-Fil-A love on this site is driven by their conservative viewpoints?

Chick-fil-A makes great sandwiches and has awesome customer service. No doubt about that. But the cult-like following and worshiping of the fast food chain on TD is hard to explain other than the fact that Chick-fil-A's political right wing leanings line-up with a majority of the posters' political beliefs on this site. True or False? Discuss...

If their sandwiches were the exact same, with the exact same service, but they came out with a very liberal pro SJW stance, the would likely get bashed on this site.

Is what it is and it be what it be.

I didn't know people worshipped them here...

They are fricking delicious though and have polite workers so it's not hard to see why people like them.

More that they don’t hire trash to work in their restaurants, which is refreshing for fast food.

C-f-A could openly fund Hamas and I would still hit up their breakfast menu.

Yeah I agree with that, but I don't think they like them just because they're conservative. If that makes sense.

It makes sense, and I agree with your agreement

They have great hiring standards. The difference between their employees and Popeye's or Burger King is astounding. It's a decent meal and a pleasant experience.

The sandwiches are good and the service is great (for fast food), but the worship it gets on here is really over the top.

Same with target.

Their fries are sub-par and they have the worst coffee in the game.

Also Wendy's spicy chicken > Chick-Fil-A

Kind of a chicken or egg question. I think that chick-fil-a is criticized and people will show thier support once that happens

Also a difference in the hiring pool. Go to those same places in the suburbs here and you'll see the same quality workers as chik fil a

Another Chick-Fil-A thread so I sort of feel obliged

quote:

I mean, Chick-Fil-A is great if that’s your thing and all...

For me, nothing compares to the joy of waiting in line and Burger King or Popeyes and hearing a muffled “Wut U won’t?” Blasting through the speaker. I reply courteously every time and say “can I please order such-and-such?” I hate hearing my order confirmed and my total given to me. Instead, I love it when the employee taking my order ignores that and simply says “K pull-roun” and I do so.

I love pulling up to the window to pay, seeing laughter and enjoyment in the background... employees shouting expletives at one another and just ‘joshing’ around. They’ll even throw the N word ending in A in there on occasion. It’s really silly and fun, especially for kids. They then open the window and professionally avoid giving me my total still. I give them my card and they return it without all the inefficiency of hearing a “Thank-You”

Finally, I pull to the window to receive my meal. The ambiance of grease and food that’s been sitting for hours whisks over me. I am captivated. I am in heaven. The employee opens her window. The furrowed look on her brow let’s me know how seriously she takes her occupation... so focused that she almost looks angry. The sweat on her face shows the determination she works with, and the lack of a hairnet informs me that she must be working so hard that she hardly has time to even consider that sort of stuff. Then, nostrils flaring with each breath, She confirms someone else’s order with me. Realizing it’s a difficult job, and things can often be mixed-up; I’ll normally reply with a “No ma’am, that’s not mine, I had the such-and-such”, and they’ll say nothing about the near mix-up. Lastly, I’ll receive my bag. She’s even careful enough to not scratch me with her long, beautiful, colorful nails. I manage a nervous “Thank You” and drive away with the transaction complete.

I will then open the bag only to have the biggest grin imaginable on my face... Those practical jokers got me again. They’re so thoughtful, they play this same prank on me every time, and I’ll have a meal that I did not order.

I mean, can you get that kind of dedication at Chick-Fil-A?
