the mercatus study is extremely critical of the idea that a 40% cut to provider payments would be wise or feasible.
If you assume less drastic cuts, it would be more feasible but costs would rise.

the only european nation that has a system like that is the UK.
NO continental nations have that system. Most, such as germany and switzerland, have a system similar to obamacare.

You can break even with our current system and pay providers more, that has been discussed. The point is, as it’s written, it’s cheaper.

You’d be amazed just how much owning one or more large dogs decreases the chances you’ll be a victim of a violent or property crime in your own home.
I have large dogs and ADT, and honestly, the dogs are the better deterrent.

Oh, I agree with the sentiment. I've considered buying more guns, but just haven't gotten around to doing it.
I do want to buy a pistol soon though. I want a .38 revolver.
I'm the type that has sorta twisted fantasies about what I would do if shite ever hit the fan though and I had to defend my turf. One thing that I would do is take a bunch of golf balls and drill a 3/4" hole in it, drop a BB down the hole, place a shotgun shell in the hole and tape it in place. Then you just say, "here, catch." And lob it just out of reach at their feet.
