Obama himself? Lol. I've seen that default answer.
Patriot act has a hop rule. Not only does the initial target get "speed on" it goes to their contacts and the contacts of their contacts
One tap on Page engulfed the entire Trump team early on.
In fact, the only 2 known "newcomers to the trump team that could be identified by the bad guys was from a NYT piece that named Page and Papadopoulos. That's why they were 2 of the earliest targets.
In fact, the operation against Papadopoulos was almost entirely coordinated out of London and with help from the five eyes.
This was very early in 2016.
People ask why we all want Brennan's scalp the most?
It's because he was operating with foreign "allies" very early on, way before crossfire hurricane was opened.
He was the ring leader
The information put out by Gabbard this summer is damning in that fact
Even by December of 2016, they had nothing, but they fabricated, which led to the Clapper "team player" memo in December.
Comey did his part, among others. Leading up to the appointment of Mueller and years of illegitimate investigation to swamp the Trump presidency.
They ruined people's lives. Innocent people, based on a fabricated lie, that Obama himself knew was false.
Spare me

That Obama tapped Trump's phones?
Ask Admiral Mike Rogers about it. He knew, and like a true patriot he told Trump.

Of course he didn’t report it. He’s Barack Obama NOT Jesus.

Admiral Mike Rogers told Trump his phones were tapped? Do you have a link?
While folks like BBONDS try to downplay Russia's efforts to influence the election Rogers has clear that their efforts were significant and we should have done much more.
quote:
"What was different was, number one, the scale of the effort. Number two, the breadth of the effort. It wasn't just cyber [attacks] and penetrating networks. It was this aggressive disinformation campaign," Rogers said. Russia President "Vladimir Putin himself directed this activity and we watched the subordinate elements in the Russian government then executing this strategy that he had approved."
quote:
"While we had some level of knowledge in the summer of 2016, I don't think we fully appreciated the level of effort, particularly on the social media side," Rogers said. "Part of that is inherently the challenge of an intelligence organization, particularly one like the National Security Agency, which is a foreign intelligence organization. You don't want us involved in attempting to monitor U.S. social media and people's right under the First Amendment to express their opinions."
"I wish we had taken more direct, more public action sooner as opposed to doing so after the election itself."

You’re referring to the defunct terrorism metadata program that is not a part of Title I FISA.
Had a good idea I’d see this claim eventually in this thread.

I don't believe the ad purchase even exceeded 200k.
Here's a nice refresher.
I believe the CEO of Google said the ad purchase was under 10k.
I will point out, the entire narrative at the time was not based on the purchase of social media ads
The entire narrative was that Trump and his campaign were colluding with Russia to steal the election.
Then they proceeded to fabricate that narrative and proceed to ruin innocent people's lives will undertaking the first time in American history that there was not a peaceful transfer of power.
Biggest BS scam in American history and now they move the goal posts and say it was all about a couple hundred thousand dollars spent on shitty ads
ABC News Russian Collusion

I will give you credit for knowing Carter’s lines were tapped. Your boy bama a meter didn’t know that.

Notice neither of them have addressed the proven FISA abuse. They ignore that and concentrate on whether Obama personally tapped trumps phones. They don’t care about abuse. They are assholes.

Reasonable people know it was much more than a few Facebook ads
Admiral Mike Rogers disagrees with you. The GOP led Senate Intelligence Committee Dissagrees with you.

Would you like to address the amount of money spent on ads per the testimony of social media companies?
It's a yuge! amount!

If he's not a drooling retard incapable of self-care he knows that, he just doesn't care. He'll never admit it, instead sticking to pedantic arguments about whether "his phone was tapped" is an accurate description of electronic surveillance.
