The Trump raid was a farce, so I would not rule out shenanigans. FWIW, I think even if the Trump raid had not happened, this would be used to pressure Biden out. They don't want him running again.

Trump brought upon himself problems by not turning in all of the documents over to NARA after multiple requests and a grand jury subpoena. That’s how he won the search warrant at Mar A Lago. As best I can tell Biden’s attorneys have been making diligent searches and turning over everything they find.

If Biden wants to keep possession of the documents and fight the Federal government to keep them then I guess he could go to court and make that claim. Doesn’t look like what’s happening though.
