Ask the question: What sane person would seek office as a Marxist Dems or vote for one?
There's a huge fundamental difference between "us and them".
Like it or not, it's "us vs. them".

You can add the entirety of Fort Bend County to the Democrats. Too many West Coast expats, way too many Asians, illegals, and far left Blacks. My Sister always bitches about the County Ballot full of Indians and Chinese from top too bottom.

It’s kind of a combo. I’d guess about half of them do so because they’ve been plied with freebies and handouts so they don’t really know any better. The other half of them; the “academics” in the mix… I really do believe they’re just very stupid.

There just aren't that many big metro areas that are controlled by republicans.

You're comparing suburbs to cities

Cities that have large uncultured, poor populations, struggle. You could put a Republican outside the police arresting more people what would change?

True.

I am not voting red because Republicans are flawless. They are nowhere close. I am voting red because the Democrats are evil. That is the calculation.

Perfection is not on the ballot. One side still operates inside the basic framework of the country. The other side treats borders as optional, speech as regulated, and institutional power as a weapon against half the population. Flaws on the Republican side are real and numerous. They do not reach the level of the alternative. Evil is the term for policies that deliberately harm citizens while calling the harm progress.

The vote is comparative. Republicans fail standards all the time. Democrats have defined a different set of standards that make the failures secondary. That is why the choice is red. Not because the party is clean. Because the other one is worse in ways that matter more.
