How aggravating is it many red states didn't have new maps ready for the SCOTUS ruling?

I just watched Marc Elias have a melt down on Chris Hayes and he is already suing Louisiana and Florida, but the GOP cannot be bothered with this.

It’s the same with obstructing-from-within republicans that block Trump.
You look at guys like Thom Tillis and wonder, “why?”
Isn’t it interesting that hugely popular resolutions are always hair thin in Congress? Why?
Or why didn’t come down to J Mcains theatric thumbs down vote on a debilitating healthcare bill?
It’s always one or two people and it’s theatric. See Collins and Murkowski. Then they have to go talk about their moral compass right after the votes.
But then it hits you. You’ve read the word uniparty on tigerdroppings and it all comes together.
They are like professional wrestlers. They slap each other in public and they feign injury, take the same limo to the same hotel and drink drinks at the same bar and laugh about the idiots that pay them.

Yes!
It's their profession and their way of life. They don't know how to do anything else so they will never change it.
It's so frustrating that we have a chance to break this cycle and all we can do is bitch and watch them frick it up.

Moon Griffon has been hollering this from the roof tops since last year.

This is why I’ll be surprised if anything noteworthy actually changes. I hope I’m surprised.

They even have designated babyfaces and designated heels.
Dims did the same thing with minimum wage. One time Manchin was the designated villain. Then Sinema did a theatrical thumbs down after bringing a cake into the chamber. On another occasion the parliamentarian said the bill was invalid and Kackles said "oh darn, nothing we can do".

It is the DRAMA that know one talks about but everyone enjoys watching. The highs and lows seem to be dispersed dependent upon the needs of the viewers who make the most noise and only then is it dispersed at a bare minimum.

It’s exactly what I would expect from our Republican officials

Kemp wants R to lose the house because it hurts Trump

The Recucks were completely unmasked July 28, 2017 when John McCain did his thumbs down vote on the repeal of Obama Care.
Keep in mind that McCain had campaigned on repealing ACA if the Recucks were given the majority in the Senate. Some other rat bastard Recucks campaigned on repealing the ACA during that same election cycle and the Recucks didn't have any legislation ready to put forward once the ACA was repealed and they had years to prepare for repeal of the ACA.

Um.. suing for what? Suing for something the Supreme Court was was perfectly fine? That's a bold strategy, is it not?
