Full lock down while the state is being flooded with covid positive illegal aliens ...makes sense.

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo points to unvaccinated as she said we head toward a ‘public health catastrophe’: ‘You’re the reason why we are here today.’

Please tell us how many covid positive illegal aliens contributed to the spread. None of these illegals have the vax either.
Why doesn't this judge file a lwasuit against the Hiden administration for letting covid infected people wo enter our country illegally.

She can't; she is a hospital interpreter not a lawyer.

County Judge is basically County President not a legal position.

But please disregard the 10,000 illegal aliens we bus in from McAllen each month.

How does a county judge have so much power

Dallas County's version, Judge Jenkins, surprised members of the commissioners court on Monday with mandatory mask wearing. One of the Repubs was handed a mask by Jenkins when he walked in. No memo was sent out. The Repub said no and was escorted out. He's suing Jenkins now.

Apparently that gimp is trying to say he falls under "the judicial courts don't fall under the executive rules," that the TX supreme court ruled. So last week an actual local judge said courts in Dallas were mandatory masks, and Jenkins is trying to jump on that train. Yeah...dude is such a putz.

doesn’t - but this was the precursor to last year’s shutdown of government services, restaurants, and bars.

She can’t do anything anymore. Abbott stopped that.

Ignore it Houston

They don’t have power to close down businesses and lock us in homes unless we let them

Go on about your normal daily lives and it’ll drive them crazy

Crap. We are playing there for sectionals in 3 weeks. I freaking knew this was going to happen. Nothing like playing for 2 hours in the Texas heat then being forced to put a face mask on immediately after. Insanity.

I work at a large hospital system in Houston. We haven't quite reached the peak we did last fall, but its quickly approaching, and we're getting there much, much faster than we did before. This one is bad. We've been in the trenches fighting this through 3 waves now, and we have a magic bullet. The patients we're seeing now are the unvaccinated, and its frustrating that they haven't taken advantage of this breakthrough.

For reference, the peak number of patients hospitalized in our hospitals during the fall, was around 750. We're at 650 now, and our data models show we'll be passing 1000 soon. This is different.

They have never addressed obesity or pro active measures of health. Cancer treatments are ruining people’s financial lives but they are willingly paying people to take this experimental shot? Doesn’t add up.
