People in poor urban areas certainly elect the best and brightest to represent them. It’s really quite remarkable to see what these folks send to Washington. Imagine Maxine Waters, Green, Conyers, or the lady from the Miami area that wears the rhinestone cowboy hat on the floor of the House being the best of the best in your area. I’d move as they are emblematic of the constituency as whole for that area.

I actually live in a good area, but because of the gerrymandering I just got caught in one of his hooks that stretches into the medical center in downtown houston
