It's a Muslim nation now. It's over. The most deprived nations on earth don't allow abortion and will overpopulate the established rich nations. The planet now is about as far as it will go. The human race will begin to devolve to lesser every generation moving forward.

Not quite. Doctor’s & outside parties are still not allowed to do it. The bill basically makes it impossible to prosecute the mother in any case.

Sadly we have it on this side of the pond too. Alaska, Colorado, DC, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, and Vermont all allow abortion up to the moment of birth (or after)
