Wow what? WHat I wrote is 100% factual. The entire Congress is essentially being held hostage by 8 Democratic Senators.
Over $650 billion (half) of this Omnibus is for military spending, so I'm pretty sure 8 Democrats aren't holding shite hostage.

Morello is a leftist douchebag. Dumb as a stump imo. A real "We are the woOooorld...we are the chiiillldren" type.
Unless it's a different Tom Morello? I'm referring to the Rage Against The Machine derp.

And the only way they get it through the Senate is to give Democrats absolute garbage that they want. The Dems aren't gong to vote for military spending if they don't get their increases in "entitlements" and so forth .

Get rid of cloture and the $1.3T bill becomes an $800B bill, high yes, but our military is in desperate need after years of neglect.

Or, hear me out here, we can stop invading other countries and nation building.

We are not the world's fricking policemen.

That really has nothing to do with needing to fix our military. After 16 years of continual war our military is wore out, our equipment is junk, our people are depleted.

Here we sit worried about Russia , but you guys whine about spending money on the very military we would need to combat Russia if it came to that?

Top Ten Myth of the Year - 2018

You are on a roll.

The only real military threat we face from Russia is their Nuclear arsenal and no level of spending increases on out part will fix that. If nukes are launched we all lose.

Our military is a massive money pit. Throwing more money at it doesn't fix the problem. A massive overhaul of how they spend the money is what is needed but will never happen. It's turned into a massive jobs program.

Why don't the environmentalists have a coronary about all the paper wasted by Congress? Just look at that stack. How many times was it printed? Geesh.

Congress is indeed broken.

It's literally the reason you are giving for having to spend this money.

What a great idea

We'd need to give it a catchy name though

Maybe "reconciliation"

Let me guess....those numbers...thats what the Communist Chinese government told someone they spend on the military right? That said, is there an "adjustment" in dollar amounts for slave labor or slave wages?? So frickin' dumb. Just my opinion..others may feel differently.
