Honest question. When does Twatter finally die?

We've had lots of fads over the years. I had an account for a few years, but never got into it. Closed it when they started banning any and all things conservative.
That was several years ago. So its staying power has surprised me.

When something better and/or trendier comes along.

OK. But everyone on there seems to be outraged and miserable.
I'm not even on the platform, but read and hear about it daily.
Why do people crave the unhappiness and anger?

When conservative politicians grow a sack. Let the progressives have their poison if they want but strip them of the immense protections they currently have and let’s see how it goes.

When people develop the good sense to ignore it.

I canceled it. Had 30 days to rekindle the account, but I’ve enjoyed not having it.
Just wish TD would stop posting twitter links constantly

Twitter is here to stay. Hate to tell you, unless it gets replaced by another social media platform, it ain’t goin anywhere.

Too many bots to die. One day, the algorithm will become self aware and destroy all non-progressive things and will probably finish them off in the end.

Twitter is the best social media platform that there is. It is going nowhere. Unfortunately, it is ran by communist scums.

People who feel the need to think they are important are on Twitter. Therefore, it’s here to stay for the foreseeable future.

It won't, stop hoping it will. It's counterproductive.

The company makes no money but has a market cap of 55billion. It’s completely institutionally owned and run by the CIA. Controlling Twitter is the greatest weapon any government has ever had. They realized it’s power after it took down Mubarak during the Arab spring and from that moment on went from a completely free speech platform to authoritarian and controlled.
It’s never going away.

It might. But the downfall won't happen because of some politically based right wing alternative.
It will be replaced by a platform that will necessarily include other entertainment. Twitter wouldn't survive only with political nonsense.

Honest answer:
When the 3 letter agencies no longer have a use for it.

Right...like the NFL, NBA, MLB....all things that have minimal coverage on failed alt social media websites that are nothing more than political echo chambers that will never get main stream adoption.
