Cut off all aid take back what can be taken back. Pull any and all personnel from the base. last plane out drops cluster bombs over the entire thing and turning it into ash.

Need to bomb 50 foot deep craters in the runway(s) to make sure the drug cartels can't use them as a staging point to fly drugs into the US
