From what I read about Wisconsin gun laws after Rittenhouse, this guy isn't going to get convicted. Wouldn't surprise me if Lin Wood takes his case too.

As they threatened him, shined lights into his home, and pranced all over his property, he pointed a shotgun out the window.
Isn’t that what Joe Biden suggested when trouble is afoot?

They only will have themselves to blame when they are dying on my living room floor. And if they keep this shite up, lots of them will be dying and bleeding in the streets.

Bodies are going to have to be stacked before they will understand personal property rights and trespassing... given todays climate, I honestly do not see how a homeowner is convicted for using deadly force if a group of people are in his/her yard...

They are going to do this in the wrong city with the wrong PD and DA. It is going to be a shock to their system. A mob on the street in front of my house is not the issue, its when they start to close in on the property. With all the firebugs in that group, your head would need to be on a swivel.

for those wanting more context, they setup a BBQ in front of his house. Apparently people on his street contacted BLM to come protest as they did not like his flags hanging outside
LINK part II
frick anyone who supports this kind of behaviour and mob mentality. I dont care what side of the aisle you are on, supporting this is bullshite.
I would be screaming from high heavens if it was trump supporters doing this to a Lib (they never would do anything remotely like that, but that is a different conversation)

So, is this "brandishing"? From the definition: to exhibit in an ostentatious or aggressive manner.
I guess it's ok for Kamala Harris' secret service force to brandish weapons, but not for us regular folk.

Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

I'm in Louisiana. A cop literally told me directly from his mouth that if someone was ever breaking into my car, I could go wave a gun around and try to scare him off but I could not shoot the gun unless he lunged at me or pointed a gun at me, or basically did anything to threaten me with great bodily harm.

I've known that since I was a little kid. You can't just shoot people outside, unless there's a threat of harm.
Your truck doesn't count.

in all fairness, he was supposedly harassing black neighbors, calling them n and parading a confederate flag. if so, he was asking for it. completely stupid these days. yes i know it's a double standard. it is what it is.

Supposedly is a pretty important word here.
The leader of the harassing crowd has been arrested for a conspiracy to firebomb a police building and for other rioting and destruction of property charges.
I guess that means I can go to his house and shine a light in his window for hours while chanting at him.

Anybody got the address of the dingaling that gathered the mob? Seems like he needs a visit too.

This has to be some kind of crazy Wisconsin law.
In Arkansas you can walk outside with 2 six shooters strapped to you.

Shouldn’t be hard to find. He’s blocked his info from the national databases. But I’m sure it’s in the court documents when they served the warrant that found Molotov cocktail making supplies.
