How a rational adult can justify living in that cesspit defies explanation.

What you are going to see are "Clear Out your Porch" businesses spring up. They will send out 3 masked guys with 3 bats and make certain anyone on your porch leaves and does not come back.

Plus in Los Angeles, there's a good chance the homeless guy has cousins who are gangbangers. Odds are high they'd come around looking for vengeance for their homie

They obviously won't let him crash with them but they're gonna avenge his death? Doubtful. They'd probably be as happy he was gone as this lady would be.

Even in shite-hole cities, trespassing laws exist. There is more to this story.

She is currently living there, so squatting laws don't apply.

Simply take a shite in a bowl and dump it on the porch. At some point the feral will leave. Wash your porch...profit.

You've obviously never lived in Los Angeles.

I worked in a hospital in L.A. for years. The hospital had a bio-ethics committee that existed for the sole purpose of making end-of-life decisions for people who either had no family, or their family refused to have anything to do with the patient. It was a regular occurrence that once the patient died his family would suddenly appear and demand money from the hospital because of the decisions made by the bio ethics committee. More often than not they ended up suing the hospital.

The moral is: People may treat their own families like trash, but they're not going to sit by and let an outsider injure or kill their family member

She could probably walk down the street and find another homeless man who would get rid of this guy for $50

Wouldn’t be that much. In LA, you could get someone to dismember him with a stolen skill saw for 50 bucks.

The homeowners should apply for a permit to turn their house into a homeless shelter and let the permitting folks know they already have a homeless person living there. The city/county folks will lose their minds and order them to stop immediately. Leave it up to the cops to enforce it.

In the meantime, I’d be calling every crime tip line and turning that guy in as a suspect.

When I see a venomous snake I usually can get them to leave with a spray from the hose pipe. Maybe she could try that.

And if not, she should pay the guy $250 to dig a hole in her back yard. 3' wide, 6 feet long, and about 6 feet deep.

Some people just like the California lifestyle. Reminds of the Babylon Bee video of the CA couple moving to TX.

If it were my home, I would go down to the local dog shelter and volunteer to foster only Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Dobies, or Rotties.

I would chain them with appropriate length chain (you know, just long enough to let him do his job) to the porch. If they did not do their job, they would go back to the shelter. If they did it well, they would eat/sleep like a king.

Lots of "Beware of Dog" signs help. When problem goes away, back to the shelter unless I fell in love with them (the dog, not the perp).

In the old west, property owner has right to shoot that person. Now they would get arrested.

If you run Neel Kashkiri on ticket, why would you vote GOP?
