All for this enforcement, but we do have a shortage of capable and qualified workers in this country due to the woke education system. American kids are not being educated for success unless they have that drive within themselves, and higher specialty education has been intentionally excluding white Americans from getting into specialty programs.

Ask yourself why young non American kids having better success in schools, why this group is seen as better qualified for jobs? Why do we see some specific ethnic groups in woke demonstrations and some other ethnic groups are never participating? It's coming from the education unions developing activism instead of workers.

kidding you not the solar industry has millions of mix a cans from equipment oem, testing providers and the grand daddy is the epc . they literally can not even speak english must less read english in-fact they incorporating spanish only documents regarding procedures and even safety jha, eha, work plans that by law i understand all employees must be able to read these safety documents but being in spanish are excluding english speaking USA citizens !
