Not really. The changes are only to the companies that are affected by overseas shipping, and only THAT part of their enterprises, and only in a precautionary level. The rest of society, business and everyday life have no worries over "Global Warming". Their business decisions have nothing to do with "proof" of man made global warming.
What are your fears of AGW? How do you think life will be different in 10 years. What will we be doing and how will we be forced to have made these adjustments to life, directly because of the real life effects of AGW? Paint me a picture.

Do they or do they not engage in climate change information.
What constitutes "climate change information", and to what level is this engagement operational?

This is so amazing.
Never in my wildest dreams could I have ever imagined a scenario wherein all of the kooky leftists imbedded in our federal agencies that have diminished our country would be smoked out and ran out on a rail.
Glorious.

Rex Tillerson is one that stands by climate science and is a crony capitalist who supported Jeb Bush.
Trump is draining the swamp and pumping in new slime. Nothing will change.

Why throw this irrelevant information in here. It dilutes and distracts from any point you may have been trying to make. Do you really not see the difference between private companies that are beholden only to their shareholders and government employees that are supposed to be beholden to and representing the American people?

That whole department could go.
Keep the Strategic Petroleum Reserve and anything military/nuclear related under DoD and dump the rest.

Tillerson and other business people pursue strategies and beliefs to further a business agenda. You don't know what he personally believes.
I'm sure he and Trump discussed this at length and are in agreement.

Trump’s team asked the Department of Energy for names of all employees who have attended climate change conferences
Is that really a purge of government or a purge of people that hold opposing views only to be replaced with different government employees that hold your views?

Why bother asking?
Just shut it down. DOE does nothing but acts as a jobs program.
