I dont think that was a Molotov Cocktail that was thrown. The guy that got shot was definitely the aggressor.
Were The last 3 shots fired from a different gun?
That kid was pretty cool under pressure and IMO fired in self defense. It's going to be pretty hard to hang premeditated murder on some one trying to avoid the confrontation.
