re: Hey Democrats, if Kilmar Garcia isn’t MS-13, why does he have MS-13 tattooed on his hand?

So the guy breaks our laws by entering the country illegally, lives his life as a wife beating gang member and yet you want him protected by our Constitution?
This guy can do whatever he wants to do and get backing from those morons… he just has to pledge allegiance to the democrat party.
Then he can loot, burn, maim, beat, rob, rape, stab, shoot, steal, vandalize, and other things and get full support. He is really the victim you know.
Remember… we had cities burn with minimal prosecution. Multitudes steal hundreds of dollars of items with no repercussions. Hoards of uneducated third world aliens pour into this country illegally with flung open borders.
And they are not only excused… hell… they are COMMENDED. Just look at the gushing over the criminal who shot the United Healthcare CEO.

Your mindless braying that I "don't care about laws" is annoying. Does Clarence Thomas not "care about laws" because he held that Abrego Garcia was illegally deported to El Salvador?
And ordered the president to facilitate getting him back. What, specifically, does that mean? Also. The ruling says improperly. Not illegally.

Take a shot or lose your livelihood?
Get swatted because you’re a victims father?
People can steal your business blind because politicians said so?
We can play this game allllllllllllllll day.

quote:They did follow the law. He received two deportation orders. An administrative error sent him to El Salvador. That is the only issue to be addressed. If he was moved across the border to Nicaragua (should they be willing to accept him) this would be a moot point.
…follow the law while doing it.

1. They could mean something else.
2. He was in a gang as a kid but is not anymore.
3. He’s currently a gang lord.
All three are possible, I guess. 2 are likely.
