Trump is more right than wrong with his statement. Can you provide any evidence that these issues of "inconsistencies" have been addressed? We keep hearing about them but we're not seeing any wrongs being righted that I know of. So yes, I can see people staying home and not wasting their time if they feel that the fix is in. Show them some proof that the fix isn't in and they'll turn out but right now there is no proof, just talk.
