Domestically, I can’t say McCain would have pushed such wholesale, radical change as ACA.

Yeah but we aren't ready for that conversation. The Paul's, Massie (at one point), and several others were the direction we needed to go. That ideology is what majority of this board claimed to support during the Obama years.

McCain wasn't a real candidate. He didn't want to win, and everyone knew it was just for show. No one told Sarah Palin, or they did, towards the end, but John never expected to win or else he'd not have suspended his campaign.
